How to lead people development and motivation conversations

Employee development talks are the most important conversation for managers 1 or better 2 times a year with each employee. Even if you work in one office every day, it's important to find 1-2 hours to discuss how it went in the previous period, what lessons have been learned, what are the most significant achievements and how to work together in the future.
