Human resources management is my field. Although I got into this area might accidentally, I have now accumulated rich experience and knowledge both as a HR manager and as a lecturer on the latest HRM trends
- create / write / improve / change employee management strategy and
- to develop leadership/management standards in the organization;
- to introduce a performance management system;
- to identify leaders and employees development needs;
- assess the social competences of candidates or employees.
